Scope of work

What your dedicated creative person would own

Your dedicated creative team member would take full ownership of Strata One's design and creative output. They'd report directly to Phoebe, work within your tools and systems, and become a genuine part of the Strata One operation.

Graphic Design
All of the work we already do together — proposals, presentations, org charts, brochures, calendars, email signatures — but now with one dedicated person who knows your templates, your preferences, and your brand standards. Faster turnarounds, more consistent output, and less back-and-forth because context isn't lost between requests.
Social Media
Content creation across platforms, post scheduling, community management, and performance tracking. Someone dedicated to keeping Strata One's online presence active, on-brand, and growing — not something that gets picked up only when there's capacity.
Brand Assets
Ownership of all brand files — templates, assets, icons, photography, logos — organised in a consistent structure so anyone on the Strata One team can find what they need quickly. One person created it, one person manages it.
Marketing Support
Email campaigns, newsletter production, marketing calendar coordination, and Google Business Profile management. The capacity to actually execute the ideas that have been sitting on the to-do list, without Phoebe or the team needing to find time to do it themselves.
Video Editing
Short-form video for social media, property content, team introductions, and internal communications. Video consistently outperforms static content for reach and trust-building, and a dedicated creative person can make this a regular part of your output rather than an occasional project.

We work with Phoebe to shape the exact scope of the creative role — what tasks are priority, what tools they'll use, and what good looks like for Strata One.

We present a shortlist of candidates who match your creative needs. You meet them, choose, and we handle the full employment setup through our Philippines operation.

Your new team member spends the first few weeks getting deeply familiar with Strata One's brand, tools, and existing files. Consistent output from day one — and it only improves from there.
